Erik Keffel, 50, of Monessen, died Friday September 15, 2017 in Transitions Healthcare, Washington, PA. He was born in N. Charleroi on February 17, 1967, the son of Robert F. Keffel of Monesssen and the late Patricia "Patsy" (Diamante) Keffel. He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church, a 1985 graduate of Monessen High School, and a member of the Eagles Aerie 2399 in Monessen. He owned and operated Tri Valley Credit Services prior to becoming disabled. In addition to his father, he is survived by his loving children Cole Robert and McKenna Leigh Keffel, his whole motivation to live. He is also survived by ex-wife Rozanne Cheroki-Tsambarlis, who's love never ceased, his uncle Demetri Minniti, cousins Kelly (Jim)Sepesky, Jason (Stacy) Minniti, Julian, Kolby, Aiden, Jude, and Arden, sister-in-law Ronalyn (George) Apodiakos, nephews Markello, Niko, and Dimitri, sister-in-law Lisa Cheroki, niece Gianna Cheroki, mother-in-law Lorrie Cheroki, dedicated and dear friend Cyndi Bizet, and Romeo his faithful doggy companion. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Robyn Keffel, maternal grandparents, Joseph and Mary (DeRocco) Diamante, aunt Gerry Minniti, and cousin, Shaun Minniti. Friends will be received in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Services will be held on Monday Sept. 18, 2017, beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 44 Pennsylvania Blvd. Monessen, with Fr. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen.
