Joseph J. Germinario, 54, of Monessen, passed away on Sunday July 17, 2016 in Washington Health System. He was born on September 23, 1961 in Hoboken, NJ, the son of Pasquale Germinario who survives, and the late Aurelia Pelligrini Germinario. Joe was the owner and CEO of TAPS, a counseling service. He was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Mary Ann Germinario, son, Giuseppe, daughter Marissa; brother, Anthony (Debbie) Germinario; two sisters, Laura and Angela Germinario; mother-in-law, Eleanor F. (Lettiero) Greco; niece Erin, and nephews John, Robert, Stephen, and Anthony. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Thursday beginning with a Blessing service at 9:30 am in the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am in Epiphany of Our Lord Church with Rev. Michael J.
