Angela (Talarico) Lucchino, 85, of Monessen, died Thursday, September 17, 2015 in U.P.M.C. Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born in Nicastro, Italy on November 24, 1929, the daughter of the late John and Concetta DeCaro Talarico. Angela was a resident of Monessen all her adult life. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church and the Italian Society of Mutual Aid. Angela loved to play bingo and to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, John (Ann) Lucchino of Latrobe, a daughter, Linda (Philip) Baldini of Rostraver Twp., and by her five grandchildren, Anthony and Patrick Lucchino, Liza, Mia, and Philip Baldini.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic Lucchino, a son Anthony E. Lucchino, and by her stepmother Maria Staffieri Talarico.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 - 7 pm in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Ave. Monessen. Services will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015, beginning with a 11:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 12:00 pm Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum, Monessen.
