Angeline M. Forlini, 86, of Monessen, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2014 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Monessen on June 22, 1927, the daughter of the late Joseph Bona and Ida Destefano Bona. Angeline was a lifelong resident of Monessen and a graduate of Monessen High School. She most recently worked at the Monessen Family Center and had previously worked for G.C. Murphy Company, the 5 & 10 Store, and Forlini's Steak House. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church and its Epiphany Ladies.
She is survived by her three children, Tara J. Manderino of Monessen, Dhara McCaver of Latrobe, Louis M. (Diane) Forlini of Carroll Twp., six grandchildren, Christopher (Devon) Manderino, Aaron Manderino, Thea and Sarah McCaver, Brianne (Joseph) Banai, Alexa Forlini, two great grandsons, and by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Louis V. Forlini, two sisters, Rosella Bill and Josephine Matay, and by a son-in-law, Anthony Manderino.
Friends will be received in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Ave. Monessen, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm.
Services will be held on Monday, February 24, 2014, beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen. The Epiphany Ladies will gather for a prayer service on Sunday at 3:00 pm in the funeral home.
