Eric Lawrence Espey, 26, of Monessen, died unexpectedly on Tuesday April 4, 2017 in Forbes Regional Medical Center, Monroeville. He was born on August 9, 1990 in Pittsburgh, the son of David W. Espey and Jennifer (Peters) Stehley. Eric was a 2009 graduate of Monessen High School. He is survived by his mother and father; Jennifer (Bill) Stehley, David W. (Kellie) Espey; maternal grandmother, Mary E. Peters; five sisters, Amanda Smith, Angelica Fleming, Gracie Stehley, Jessica (Norm) Stehley, Sydney Stehley; two brothers, Bradly Greco, Matt Shehley; and by his nieces and nephews, Josh, Jay'veyon, Devyn, Aria, Amira, Quinn, and Calen. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Helen Espey and his maternal grandfather Lawrence Lee Peters. Friends will be received on Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Friday following visitation at 7:00 pm, with Rev. Matthew Stabe officiating. Condolences accepted for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com.
