George C. Poyet, 75, of Warwick, RI, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 in Kent Hospital, Warwick.He was born in Hinton, WV on November 16, 1934, the son of the late George and Daisy Mae (Stewart) Poyet.Mr. Poyet was a retired financial planner, having worked for American Express in Cranston, RI. After retiring, he worked for 15 years as a tour director for Collette Vacations.He is survived by his dear friend, Anna Marie (Frolo) Wassall of Warwick, RI, a daughter, Melissa Poyet of Providence, RI, and many dear friends.Friends will be received on Monday from 6 to 9 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, (724-684-8750).Services will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum, Monessen.
