Gloria Ingani Buggy, 83, of Monessen, died Friday, June 6, 2008 in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc. .She was born in Monessen on Sept. 25, 1924, the daughter of the late Antonio and Lena Mascetta Ingani. She was a life long resident of Monessen and a graduate of Monessen High School. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church and its Choir, the Epiphany Ladies, and the Italian-American Heritage Society . She was retired from Corning Glass, having worked in the laboratory and as a scheduler. Mrs. Buggy was an avid bowler, having bowled duck pins at the former Park Lanes. She loved to dance, especially with her dear friend Al Marran at the Landmark Place in Monessen. She also enjoyed walks in the City Park with her dogs Winston and Lucky.She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, James and Sally Buggy of Columbia, SC, Joseph Buggy of Monessen, a granddaughter Heather Covey and husband Daniel of Columbia, SC, three sisters, Marie "Toby" Walko, Lydia Todd, and Lola Baldini and husband Anthony, all of Monessen, and by numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Buggy, a son Thomas Buggy, and by three brothers, John, Robert, and Vincent Ingani.Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, (724-684-8750).Services will be held on Monday, beginning with a 9:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church. Interment will follow in Mon.Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
