Ingeborg M. Fries Loulis, 86, of Monessen, died Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Allegheny General Hospital.
She was born in Munich, Germany on March 9, 1929, a daughter of the late Dr. Fredrich and Auguste Streicher Fries.
Ingeborg attended Art, Music and Business School in Germany. She worked as a Freelance Bavarian Artist and enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and camping. She was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church in Monessen where she actively worked and sang in the choir for 40 years. She was also a member of the Philoptochos Society and Tuetonia Manner Damen Chor in Pittsburgh.
She is survived by husband, Angelo Loulis; son, Fred (Peggy) Loulis of Bridgeport, CT; daughter, Angela (Anthony) Dicenzo Regal of Coal Center; grandchildren, Alexandra Dicenzo, Brian and Denise Loulis, Laura Regal (Chuck) Pollick, Richelle and Erin Riley; and great-grandchildren, Demetrius Blades, Malena Blades and Emma Pollick.
Friends will be received 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen (724-684-8750)
FAMILY AND FREINDS ARE ASKED TO MEET in the St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday for a Funeral Services with Rev. Fr. George L. Livanos officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
A Trisagion Service will be held in the funeral home 7:00 p.m. Monday.
