James R. Otrosina, 70, of Monessen, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 in Allegheny General Hospital. He was born on April 25, 1953 in Donora, the son of the late William and Veronica (Balogh) Otrosina. Jim was retired from Corning Glass in Charleroi. He is survived by his wife Debra (Ritscher) Otrosina, three children, Joyce, James and Holly Otrosina of Monessen; Three Brothers, Bill (Judy) Otrosina of GA, Craig Otrosina of Monessen, Barry (Yvett) Otrosina of MD and his sister, Janelle (Ernest) Halgas of Monessen and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday, December 20th, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held on Thursday December 21st, beginning at 10 am, with Pastor Albert Bashur officiating. Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery.
