Marie L. (Martin) Ciccarelli, 78, of Monessen, died Monday, September 22, 2008 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center.She was born in Monessen on April 3, 1930, the daughter of the late Anthony and Yolanda Tarquinio Martin. Mrs. Ciccarelli was a resident of Monessen most of her life, and a 1947 graduate of Monessen High School. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church and the Epiphany Ladies. She was also an active member of the Italian-American Heritage Society. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Paul L. Ciccarelli, her son, Barry Ciccarelli of Arlington, VA, three daughters and sons-in-law, Paula and William Wamsley of Sharpsburg, MD, Marla and Vincent Sacco of Leesburg, VA, Darla and Jeffrey Rivi of Fairfax, VA, six grandchildren, Matthew and Marc Wamsley, Vincent and Lauren Sacco, Joseph and Nathan Rivi, and by nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Robert Martin.Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, (724-684-8750).Services will be held on Thursday Sept. 25, 2008, beginning with a 11:30 am Blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 12 noon Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord R.
