Martha Elizabeth DeMarco, 94, of Monessen, died Wednesday, October 7, 2015 in Monongahela Valley Hospital.
She was born August 24, 1921 in Monessen, the daughter of the late Fredrick and Mary Zurich Zugaro.
A homemaker, Martha was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord R.C. Church in Monessen, where she was an active member of the Ladies Guild.
She is survived by her son, Richard L. (Sally) DeMarco, Jr. of Moon Township; 2 grandsons, Brian (Melissa) DeMarco of South Elgin, IL and Rick (Christine) DeMarco of Moon Township; and 5 great-grandchildren, Samuel, Nicholas, Alicia, Katie and Anthony DeMarco.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. DeMarco, Sr.; and sisters, Jean Suppa, Elizabeth Tomcanin and Rose Mowl.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Monday at the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen (724-684-8750) where a Blessing Service will be held 9:30 am Tuesday followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 am in Epiphany of Our Lord R. C. Church, Monessen.
Interment will follow in Monongahela Valley Memorial Park.
The Epiphany Ladies will have a Bereavement Service on Monday at 3 pm in the funeral home.
