Stella Kalamotousis

Stella  Kalamotousis, 86, of Herndon, VA, formerly of Monessen, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Dulles Health & Rehab Center, Herndon. She was born on August 10, 1937 in Stockdale, the daughter of the late Michael and Sophia (Iczkowski) Seftas. She was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church. She is survived by her two daughters, Vicki (Mark) Yawornicky of Falls Church, VA, Stacey (Frank) Mayolo of Ashburn, VA; two grandsons, Ryan (Kara) Mayolo, Michael (Emma) Mayolo. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Gustave Kalamotousis, she was the last surviving member of her immediate family and was preceded in death by all of her brothers and sisters, John, Gus, George, Irene, Peggy and Agnes. Friends will be received on Thursday January 11th, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Addition visitation will be held on Friday January 12th from 9:00 am until time of service at 10:00 am at St. Spyridon Church, 1207 Grand Blvd, Monessen, PA 15062, with Fr. Meletios Gianniodis officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Spyridon Church 1207 Grand Blvd, Monessen, PA 15062.
