William "Bill" Raymond Paul Clark, 84, of Charleroi, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in Havencrest Nursing Center. He was born on October 10, 1941, in Steubenville, OH, the son of the late William A. and Madge Evelyn (Long) Clark. Bill served his country as a member of the United States Navy aboard the USS Waldo County. He was a member of Lock Four French Club and the American Legion post 0976 in Crosby PA. Bill loved the outdoors while hunting and fishing. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, was a wood worker who made canes and gave them to many people, enjoyed going to the casinos and always did the New York Times Cross Word Puzzles. He was a retired high voltage line man who traveled the United States working with the IBEW Local 126. He is survived by his, two sons, William (Beverly) Clark of Fallowfield Twp., Christopher Clark of Wesley Chapel, FL; daughter, Susan (Khlar) Price of Washington, PA; two granddaughters, Breann (DJ) Lenik, Bayley (Miles) Goodwin; grandson, Cameron Clark; great-grandson, Levi Lenik; sister, Deborah McCullough; Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Joyce Rae (Conn) Clark and Brother, Matthew Clark. Friends will be received Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen.
