Mildred DeAngelis, 93, of Monessen, passed away on Friday Dec. 4, 2020 in Hallsworth House, Monessen. She was born on November 26, 1927 in Monessen, the daughter of the late George and Julia (Radish) Sudor. Millie was a 1945 graduate of Charleroi High School and had worked at the Carousel Card and Gift Shop in Charleroi for 18 years. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Monessen and a member of "The Hungry Eight" supper club. Millie was a great cook having enjoyed watching cooking shows and trying new recipes. She was an amazing house keeper, grandma extraordinaire, and her family was her whole world. She is survived by a son, Kenneth DeAngelis of Monessen; a daughter Donna (Victor) Sciacca of Monessen; a sister, Diane (James) Reber of North Huntingdon; two grandchildren, Lauren and Christian Sciacca, and by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Columbus DeAngelis in 1976, and by two sisters, Betty DeBeradinis and Estelle Bianchi. A private family viewing was held on Sunday, with the Funeral Service on Monday in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen, with Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Interment followed in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
